Make-up Game is scheduled for Monday, July 18, 2011 at NOON according to the MN Twins, your original (April 22nd) game ticket will be valid. The pre-game Character Award Winner Event is re-scheduled for this date. Please double check game time on the MN Twins website.
PREGAME MEETING AREA — GATE 6: Gate 6 (unmarked) is on the Northwest corner outside of Target Field. There is an egg-shaped building and a Promenade, which covers the escalators down to the Light Rail Station platform. Adjacent to the main level to the southwest of that area is an unmarked gate. There will be a poster board adjacent to the building entrance that will read, “Pre-Game Participant Entrance”. We will meet at this gate, fifty (50) minutes before game time. If you are already inside the facility, you are to still meet us inside, at this gate.
ON-FIELD RECOGNITION: Fifty (50) minutes before start of the game, Hobey Baker High School Character Award recipients will be led onto Target Field as their names are displayed on the big screen (this is not guaranteed). Parents and family are not allowed on the field.

GAME TICKET PICK-UP--Game and reception tickets will be waiting for you at the Hobey Baker area which is located north of Gate 6 on the Promenade. Please pick-up your tickets by 6:20pm.
CHARACTER AWARD T-SHIRT--Pre-Ordered tshirts for this year's recipients will be available for pick-up before the game at the Pre-Game Meeting area. Please purchase online. Deadline for orders is Monday, April 18, 2011.

ON-FIELD RECOGNITION--Starts at approximately 6:40pm. Award recipients will be led on to the playing field as their names are displayed on the jumbotron. The first pitch will be thrown out by this year's Hobey Baker Award Winner and a randomly drawn Character Award Winner name.
**Target Field Rainout Policy
In the event a regulation game, as defined by Major League Baseball (i.e. 4 1/2 innings if the Twins are ahead and five full innings if the visiting team is ahead or the game is tied), is not played due to weather, an act of God or any other reason, one of the following policies will apply: The game will be: · A. Rescheduled to an open day, or · B. Rescheduled to a Day/Night Split Doubleheader(two separate games on the same date) Keep your ticket as you will need it for entrance to the rescheduled game. All tickets are valid only for the rescheduled game. Suite Tickets Suite tickets will be valid only for the rescheduled game. Season Tickets Full or Partial Season Tickets are valid only for the rescheduled game. Group Tickets Group Tickets are valid only for the rescheduled game. Single-Game Tickets Single-game tickets are valid only for the rescheduled game. The Twins cannot provide refunds or exchanges for future games. |
